The games has great reviews and good sales, it's just not mainstream being a roguelite game, i don't like the genre either but i recognise it is a great games for those who like this kind of gameplay

Feel like IX would benefit more from the remake treatment. X got the HD upgrade a few years back and that helped breathe new life into it. IX has the Moguri Mod (for PC players), but there’s only so much you can do with those PS1 assets — hopefully rumors of an upcoming remake turn out to be true.

One of the most commonly recommended games I've seen for people getting their PS5 over the holidays. I definitely wouldn't say it's underrated.
