Idk about the s/x but the regular Xbox one controllers I only have issues with after years of daily use. My current controller has slight drift on right stick sometimes, but I've had it for years and don't take the best care of it.

So if the new x/s controllers are that prone to problems then that's sad.

You can criticise any Assassins Creed game from the bottom of your heart and make it the worst game ever made, i will still play it with a big smile on my face, because i like it.

It's the same for music. I like some bands that others hate, the music stays the same and i still like them, don't care.

While this is true and I agree with you, lots of folk care more about "hours per buck". It's also true and it's the reason most of developers and publishers go after OW these days. People don't want to play through story and be done with it despite how good it was. They want backtracking, side stuff, replayability, more things to explore, etc. Hence why I haven't seen any complaints about stuff like Elden Ring's length, only praise for how giant that game is and how you can never be done with it cause of million weapons and builds, and on the contrary tons of takes like people didn't feel that great about paying full price for FF7 remake for example, despite the fact that they liked the game. Simply because it's one 20 hours playthrough for 60$, while stuff like recent AC games is like 150 hours for 60$.

Because EA hasn't improved that much to warrant supporting them again. I rarely play anything from EA that isn't one of their older games (before they put profits from cheap quantity over profits from high quality) or it's free on Gamepass.

Really? I think they made two expansions free pretty recently then, I remember playing not so many years ago and everything was still capped at lvl 60. I remember I got there with my sith juggernaut way before even hinting at the fact that >!you eventually kill your master. !<

Anyhow, class stories are very nice and the dialogues go from grim dark to utter comedy. I remember this game as another huge wasted occasion for a masterpiece.

I agree. I can't get into any more Assassin's Creeds, Horizon games or anything of that sort because of the sheer amount of things that they "give you to do", of which most are repetitive.

The only reason I finished God of War was because of my love for the series.

At least in something like GTA, all the collectibles and side missions don't make you feel bad for not doing them, as they don't show up on map.
