Maybe a little bit chewier. I hammer out the pork until it’s super thin. Cook it hot and fast. 2 minutes frying time tops.

It's great, you should try it. Works best with a sweet bourbon IMO, but today I used a blended scotch

I make carmelized onions all the time and I've never thought of throwing whiskey in. But i definitely will be doing that the next time.

Looks like my childhood except the pork chop would be sawdust & the pesto linguine would be Noodle Roni Parmesan (a taste of old Italy!…anyone else sing that part in their head? I’m old)
