Marinara is a tomato based red sauce. Has nothing to do with protein.

Thank you. My grandma use to make it for birthdays and special occasions. I learned to make it from her but It’s just the Betty Crocker pineapple upside-down cake recipe. I hope you try it. ❤️

Recipe: Braised pork: Pork belly, star anise, cloves, cinnamon sticks, oyster sauce, light and dark soy sauce, rock sugar, ginger, garlic and big red onion, Chinese cooking wine (Hua Tiao Chiew). Cook pork belly over low heat until soft. Steamed buns: All purpose flour, water, sugar, yeast, cooking oil, salt. Knead dough into shape, steam dough.
