Can't wait to try this, I've only ever used a ricotta/mascarpone mix. Great job

How deep is the lasagna pan? Looks wonderful but I don't think I can get that many layers in the pans that I have.

What makes it American style? Inquiring minds want to know.

The important part, is that I can still enjoy it, even though I spell it wrong... and now I have to figure out which restaurant near me has it on their menu, because I am seriously craving one!!!

I got a Tefal Actifry Genius XL last year. Before that, I had a Tefal Original. There's a difference in size and I'd prefer the smaller Original one but it doesn't come with the fancy temperature setting options that the XL has. Here's a snap of my air fryer when it was just out of the box. 😊

They sell it at Trader Joe's if that's local to you.

It looks like a pretty good burger, no evidence of a proper smashing though. Press harder next time maybe?

Do you not get that racism = prejudice and discrimination, not literally just acknowledging the color of someone's skin. Mexicans call me Blanca and I can't imagine getting offended.
