Oh I'm sure it is, I just didn't think Fogo would be considered "the best brazilian steakhouse" but I certainly could be wrong.

This was actually from a few months back. I didn’t think to post it here at the time, but I think it fits!

This was from a place called Joyale Seafood Restaurant in Seattle’s International District. They also make a really good hot and sour soup.

The flavor was mild, more like beef (veal especially) than chicken. The seasonings they used were really good, too.

They add a texture that the dish needs. I can’t think of many other meats that would add that texture without adding a strong flavor. But you’re right. Any time someone questions me for liking escargot, I just say “it just tastes like garlic and butter”.

It was considered cruel to serve prisoners lobster too often.

Though to be fair, it was served with the meat and shell all crushed up together and likely without salt/butter/lemon/etc.

Had some Kraft M&C recently and it was bland as all hell. Also, you can never get the pasta to be al dente. Annie's and Aldi brand FTW.
