Did the breading stick to the cheese as-is or did you use an egg wash?

Sure! Plate of chips for two: 4 medium sized maris piper potatoes. You can use rooster potatoes too but I find the maris piper's make a fluffier inside of the chip and still a nice crisp outside.
Peel, wash and rinse the spuds. Dry them off with kitchen paper, the dryer the surface of the chip, the crispier they get on the outside.
Place the dried chips in the air fryer, add two table spoons of vegetable oil (or any cooking oil but not olive oil because it burns the spuds) and cook for 28 min on 200°c/390ish f. My airfryer lets me set different temps and 200°c gives me the best tasting chip without any burnt bits.
Once cooked, spread the chips out on kitchen paper on a plate and try get them spread out in a single layer. Season generously with salt and malt vinegar. The vinegar is optional but it's a very common way to season chips here in Ireland.

A new out-of-the-box take on lobster mac and cheese. I love it. Upvoted.

Have you tried the extra cheesy Annie’s?????? My grocery store doesn’t carry it but Target does. It’s basically their normal cheddar Mac and cheese but with an extra big cheese packet haha it’s so simple but so brilliant

Strange days when KD falls below Annie’s. Maybe it’s changed over time as well as I don’t recall ever having it and thinking it was that good. Always fell short.

Dietary cholesterol doesn't contribute to long-term blood serum cholesterol levels. It's not 1991 anymore, you're good to go.

I like Aldi brand as well. Now I want to do a side by side comparison between that and GV.

I'm not the biggest sweet/salty fan but ricotta or burrata on really nice sourdough toasts with thyme and honey is absolutely incredible (I also like red pepper flakes), and I will often make polenta/grits with herbed chevre and a bit of honey! People love both

I know the photo is supposed to be top-down but it feels like it's over jusssst a little too much and everything's gone upside-down.
Still, looks good! Don't think I've ever had a steak & egg bagel but throw some hot sauce in there and I'd be all over that.

Mozzarella sticks are way meltier. This is a cheese that doesn't really melt.

Ya. Kinda like a tar tar.. the beef at least. The rest of the ingredients were quickly cooked individually

Halloumi is great but that's not the cheese OP used. This one is far less salty and mild.

White wine in a béchamel? sounds interesting, I might give that a try next time.
What ratio of milk to wine do you normally use?
BTW I liked the Jackson Pollock analogy
