That looks amazing mate— absolutely amazing. I just made a Beef Roast for the first time with a meat thermometer I’d just got and using only Salt & Pepper, and though I did it up to 145^o F like the thermometer said and I guess that’s well done, it was so good.

This has zero to do with a Philly cheesesteak. Why even call it that? I am personally offended by this sandwich.

I just add a habanero (chop the stem off) to some honey and warm gently it for about 15 mins (try not to let it boil) and let it cool before back into the jar. Simple as.

Want to try sous vide, then seared, steak that I dry-age myself. WITH marrow butter.

Never tried it, but I read a ton of reviews saying Walmart GV is way better. I’m still skeptical on that one.

Absolutely! I make it as a quick Sunday night, family meal, and then have the same thing again on Monday as leftovers when the kid has extracurriculars!

Yep, Worcestershire sauce is nearer to Thai fish sauce than it is to any of the other things mentioned there.

Technically speaking I have only claimed inspiration, hence the fact philly cheesesteak is in quotations.
