Just ground. When you're talking about breaking something down like meat it's never "grounded". Grounded in reference to a child is correct though.

This is good, but personally I could never put in the same sandwich the delicate and costly Parma ham together with salami or other strongly flavored ingredients.
I rather eat it alone in a warm slightly toasted and buttered baguette.
Then I would make myself another sandwich with the other ingredients, except tomato.

I also do this for things like burritos and cheesesteaks. Gives a much more cohesive item when everything gets some time to get aquainted with each other.

A newish springform pan and a buttery crust shouldn’t be an issue. After the cake has cooled (preferably to fridge temp) and ready to be removed, heat the bottom of the pan just enough so the butter in the crust melts and the cake will slide right off.
If you’re using a water bath it also doesn’t help if water leaks into the pan because it can make the crust soggier which leads to more sticking
