Melt your cheese yo! Thinner slice, pop it on your muffin in a warm pan and cover with a lid after toasting the muffin. It will make all the difference!

> s. It's a freaking huge place.
TIL Brazil is way bigger than I imagined. I thought maybe 2 New England. Maybe The size of France or Spain. South America looks a lot bigger in general with the size of Brazil under reconsideration.

cheese on top~

heat rises, and helps melt the cheese - gravity pulls the cheese down, to melt all over everything else.

Sadly we don't have that stuff here :( I'd love that! I made my own mix of spices/seasoning with LOTS of garlic, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, pepper, salt, onions, herbs, chilli, soup spice and butter. I added potatoes, eggs, corn, lemon, garlic and the only seafood I was able to get at our usual grocery store was shrimp, mussel and octopus. I wish seafood was easier accessible and affordable in our country.

I think I got everything on mine a few years ago.
I also added white pudding, because after going around Houston for five hours looking for black pudding and finally finding it, I couldn't not try the white pudding as well.

If you have a recipe or something, please share it! I‘ve never even heard of green mango juice! And by citrus extract do you mean that lemon and lime juice that comes in the squeezey bottles that look like lemons and limes? My kitchen skills aren’t the best.

I’d push everything off that plate except for the egg and sausage.

You can find other imported varieties as well. Some of them have some very, very funky cheese in them.

I‘d love to hear your recipe for that black pudding, looks amazing and close to German Blutwurst.
