Here’s a great article that I’d invite you to read The “Sushi Grade” Myth
To specifically answer your question though, I purchase it from Winco. It’s about $2.50 for a 3 oz ahi tuna filet. Great price, excellent quality.
For salmon, I’ll look for a company called “Great American Seafood Imports”, a brand of Southwind Foods. Their salmon that I buy is farm raised and immediately flash frozen.

That’s a good question….brown mushrooms with a hint of mineral soil (in a good way).

Oven baked at 420 F for ~15 minutes. Didn’t turn out too chewy or tough. Give it a go!

I'm sure it tasted fine, but that presentation is tragic.

Ah well, the bucatini at least is pretty good at catching the sauce!

One of the things I am scared of cooking is lobsters. Don’t wanna get it too chewy or tough while also making sure it’s clean from the shell. This looks like you did a good job though

I just did a quick Google search with safe search off, and you can absolutely see what's under a smurf's clothes.

Yep you’re totally right, amatriciana is made with bucatini and carbonara with spaghetti, unfortunately I didn’t realize I hadn’t spaghettis at home until I had already made the carbo cream :(

That's what I get for trying to help. I would also be cranky if I had 3 kids.
I didn't even mention how weirdly empty the "loaded" baked potatoes are, because I was trying to be nice.
I will say you did a great job with the Dorito breading, it's the only thing redeeming this plate.
