What's to misunderstand about "what's in there?"
They aren't as yellow as many built around mustard as a flavoring, and paprika isn't the only thing on top of them.

I assume the yellowish grated stuff on top. It’s not regular sweet orange papaya they use in Thailand, more cucumber colour.
