I made a mold for the flat top pieces but everything else was cut by hand.

I ate it alone like that. But I’m sure you can eat it with rice or anything you prefer.
The texture is so soft it’s like eating fat. Melts in the mouth.

I understand where your frustration lies. I personally don’t mind a nice meat pile to end my week. In other instances I’ll do the knife & fork dance.
