Bún Bò Huế it should be. Taste completely different , of course.

Phở : flat noodles, colorless-ish soup, strong Star Anise scent. Bún bò huế (Huế style beef noodle) : cylindrical soup, Red-orange colored soup, taste of Fermented shrimp paste. Best with sauté chilli

I'm not picky, so I would still eat but to be honest everything looks...pale and boring. I don't know what goes in charcuterie but I would suggest some more colors and contrast. Display is part of it
