The human body digests and metabolizes MSG extremely well. Even for people sensitive to it, several grams typically need to be ingested for negative effects to be felt such as headaches, drowsiness or upset stomach and thereâs still zero proof of a True allergy to msg even existing.
So basically just like everything in life, moderation is key.
