Lmao it's so weird it's not showing for some people, I can see it on the app and browser. Here's a link with a simple text file of the recipe. If that doesn't work lemme know and I guess I'll publish a damn pdf for you somewhere hahaha.

I still wouldn't eat it. It's zucchini, not worth getting sick over.

OP, I don’t know what your traditions are, but I would sit down and enjoy that other plate!

Next level is to cut an 'X' in the top and pour in warm Creme Anglaise. Can either make it from scratch, or the cheating way is to simply melt and whip expensive real vanilla bean ice cream.

I generally add them in a roast an hour before cooking time is over. In a bolognese, yes they are part of the mirepoix not exactly the same. The veggies are dry and haven’t been cooked into the juices of the roast

Hmm, that link is dead but I’m wondering if this is maybe Reddit’s server room being on fire. Tomorrow I’ll look at the windows version and see if I can get the recipe. If not we will trade- I’ve worked in enough restaurants to pick up a few tricks you might be interested in 😜
