It is really a labour of love. Perfect noodles, Silky eggs ,unbelievable pork. And I love it.
A ramen dish that originated in Fukuoka. Tonkotsu in Japanese means "pork bones" ..

You can 100% get a nice crust while leaving the inside rare, raw even.

Tosh’s tonkotsu ramen would hold up in Japan, coming from someone who lived there. Best ramen in Utah, hands down.

Reminds me of Minca Ramen in NY pre-Covid. They sold these pork chashu rolls that were to die for. Not sure why they dropped, but it was the main reason I went there several times a month.

You can cook a rare / blue steak and still get a nice crust on it is the thing.

I was going to say, how they managed to cook those bacon wrapped scallops so beautifully, yet completely fumbled the ball with the steak is beyond me lol

So the toppings for this monstrosity as follows: gumbo broth base from this recipe and added shrimp and lobster claws to the broth, gruyere/white sharp cheddar/mozz blended cheese, grilled cajun chicken breast, smoked andouille sausage, charred jalapenos and caramelized red onions

Noodles look pathetically thin
