If you are ever in southern California. Long Beach has a large Cambodian community with lots of traditional food restaurants.

Damn! I wish there was a restaurant where I could try it. I love Vietnamese food, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Cambodian restaurant. That beef looks delicious

Ita not like the scallop is sitting on top. My bet is they just reduced it too far and whisked constantly. Would this be acceptable in a nice place? Absolutely not. It's fine tho.
