I never said anything about miracle diets? You do realize that losing weight is an extremely simple equation right? You just use more energy than you put in. Most of the energy expended goes to keeping your body alive. Adding exercise to the equation is inarguably healthier, but it's not a requirement to losing weight. Our bodies still abide by thermodynamics.

I think my point is very easy to understand. Flavor of the month miracle diets and shit like weight watchers don't work. at all. the best way to lose weight is to eat healthier and exercise.

And your point being? Dieting does not fail 99% of the time. I never said anything about exercise and diet being similar.

You can whip up a half ass ranch semi easily. I keep dry packets around for those emergencies.

😅 I make a pretty good Turkey but this is actually just Boars Head smoked pit craft turkey sliced from the deli. It’s really good though! I did heat it up in the pan and top it with the cheese. I’m disabled and typically try to stick to things I can cook quickly on bad health days (today).

I process all my venison, and then I wrap it, and put it in my chest freezer. This backstrap, for example has been in there since mid-December. As far as the taste goes, I would look at another one of my comments. Individual differences in butchering, and what the animals are. Eating makes a big difference in the flavor of the meat. There's a huge difference between starting to eat healthier and doing exercise or just try the new flavor of the month diet, wich for now is Keto...

I lost 60 pounds by eating less and cutting back on snacks.

Do you flash freeze the venison? Also, what is the taste like? I know many deer around my parts tend to be quite gamey.

Rectangle shaped slightly deep pan, cheese goes all the way to the corners and is a combo that includes Wisconsin Brick cheese. It should cook until the cheese gets brown and crispy in the corners creating frico (crispy, burnt cheese). Cup-style pepperoni (natural casing) is preferred. Cheese may be put on before sauce as well as after.
Superb.
I now live in Texas and I’d kill for some. The Toyota Camry of Detroit Pizza is Buddy’s. It represents the standard, dependable variety but not perhaps the greatest. Who is the Cadillac of Detroit pizzas is a matter of fierce debate.
Actually maybe Jets Pizza is the Camry. Buddy’s is better than a Camry.
Little Caesars currently offers a version that could be good but most times I’ve had it the execution is awful and would make anyone from the 313 cry. Maybe it’s a Ford Pinto.
More than you wanted to know I’m sure.
