I have a land line. When the power goes out, I unplug the cordless receiver and plug in our corded phone that I keep in the china cupboard.

Disagree. Diet begins in the kitchen, not in the gym. Cutting a 100 calories is easier than burning it. I lost over 50 lbs while working a desk job, that was almost a decade ago and I'm still maintaining.

Hawaii has a way of blending in traditional foods from other cultures with their own spin. It's the ultimate melting pot of food culture.

Of course. I said in my post that there is always some risk involved and each person decides for themselves. I was just giving my process and some of the contributing factors for me personally. Thanks for the link!

not to rain on your parade, but freezing game meat may not kill worms/parasites
From the CDC: "Freezing wild game meats, unlike freezing pork products, may not effectively kill all worms because some worm species that infect wild game animals are freeze-resistant."

Well that answered my question. Turkey is nice in the right hands but bland as fuck when handled by less experienced people (my mum). I just find moist but textured turkey a very tough cook. Are you pan frying then butter, herbs, garlic then resting and using the pan to create a jus?

you want to lose weight ? are you really motivated ? then exercise. no amount of diet can compare to exercise. Also, diets fails 99% of the time 100% of the time ! because people tends to go back to their old habits when they reached their weight goal.
