Don't really have one but it's pretty simple. Saute a bunch of leeks in butter then add peeled chopped yellow potatoes, cover with chicken stock. Bring to boil while adding seasonings and until potatoes are cooked. Blend it, add heavy cream and adjust seasonings.

We grow yard king beans in our garden- never tried this fanciness haha. But sautéed with some summer squash, garlic, onion, and fresh tomatoes with a bit of fresh basil... pretty tasty!
