It definitely is, which is another reason to limit my salmon consumption. I'd much rather do that than consume the farmed stuff that is 'parasite free' since it's pumped full of antibiotics. Don't even get me started on the whole sea lice thing.

Ingredients: 4 pcs ripe bananas (mashed), 1 egg, 1/2 cup oil, 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 1/2 cup ap flour, 1/2 chp sugar, 1 tsp baking soda (or 3 tsp baking powder), 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cinnamon powder, 1 cup semi sweet choc chips
Directions: (I doubled the recipe and was able to make 2 ceramic pans of banana choc chip loaves)
- Preheat oven to 330F.
- Combine everything in order until fully incorporated.
- Place in baking pan lined with parchment paper for easy clean up. Top with few choc chips on top before baking
- Bake for 50mins or a bit longer.

It’s called Dondurma and usually includes mastic, which gives it a bit of a “tacky” texture. This one was primarily vanilla-based with a hint of rose flavor.

Perspective is everything. Got here via the acorn squash, stayed for the kimchi. Why do I not serve poultry with kimchi? :)
