How do you get the tofu so nicely browned?

To me, there are two critical elements to pizza; first, toppings have to balance toward salty, that why pepperoni works well. Second, all toppings have to be well cooked and HOT! This doesn’t looked well cooked and hot. But they ingredients look good.

Thank you! We had some leftover minced garlic so I tossed that into the butter to sizzle for a few seconds before adding the eggs. Besides that, just salt for seasoning. I like to keep em simple and let those soft, creamy eggs to all the talking 👌

I have the same model! It's a ninja air fryer/grill combo. It's pretty solid. When you can't grill cause you're in an apartment it fills that void pretty decently

Lord no! I’m not at my house anyway. We’ll change it up. Cheddar, or Swiss and Gruyère, and two slices of each. We might add bacon, one time, or ham. We might dip it in the egg and fry it. Lots of different ways to make a grilled cheese sandwich.

What's on it? I mean I see red and green paprika, red onions, and maybe champignons? The white stuff may be...sour cream? And anchiovis?
