Looks delicious - hard to beat a German’s Chocolate Cake. Next time consider piping the chocolate ganache frosting. It’d be a nice contrast to the other naked layers.

American here. My buddy in Malmö loves bananas on his pizza. He says it's a Swedish thing. Is this true or is he just odd?

The pizza in Norway (at least the two places where I have eaten) is top notch. And the amount of frozen pizza and other their grocery stores are mind blowing. And in the Norwegian detective story I read, the main character ate pizza all the time. Norwegians loves their pizza!

I used to make one every year for my ex's birthday (7 years) almost just like that. Yours looks better.

Is it a breakfast burrito simply because you ate it at breakfast time?

This was a tradition for my family on Christmas Eve. Not quite as fancy. Breakfast sausage with sage, velveeta on cocktail rye. Just browned the meat, add the cheese, spread on the mini rye and bake in the oven to crisp up the bread and topping. Yum!

Suuuuuper easy to make your own! Eggs, hashbrowns, sausage/bacon, salsa... standard base. My favorite spot around here does a tikka masala breakfast burrito that is enormous & delicious. There's basically no wrong way to do one as long as it tastes good.
