That looks super! I prefer my egg yolks hard, but I would love this. The sandwich sounded better with every word.

I haven’t had any in ages. There’s this defunct grocery store chain that was right by my house when I was little and I remember they had premade banana pudding in those clear plastic take-out tubs right by the deli section

Ha! Honestly, no. So thanks, OP, for posting the recipe! Parts of it sound appealing - I’m a big fan of worchestershire, for example, and cheese! I think that’s rarebit, though.

It’s the same thing, but the pixar version specifically shows this variation of the dish. Traditional ratatouille is much more rustic and has a more stew like preparation and presentation. They’re the same dish though.
