haha, I didn't put the recipe because it is, probably as expected, a simple tagliatelle (2 eggs to 200g 00-flour) and the venerable Marcella Hazan's bolognese recipe. Delicious every time!

Yeah, these looks better than any handcut fries I've ever seen come out of an air fryer.

Just frozen. They come out so good in the air fryer I can't really see the point in doing them from scratch.
