that plus the fact that over half of the employers just had no response whatsoever to the application: proves that most employers don’t give a shit about people on a personal level. the people are just NPC’s in a world the employer thinks they are the MC in.

(sorry, maybe only the gamers will get this)

Spent my whole life trying to go for a single career path and wanted to get by on my own merit. I slowly learned that companies don't care about that and only want assurance when hiring a person. So I networked with people and found a new career path that I was unaware of and got a referral from a future colleague I met at a tech meetup.

Not sure where you're getting that number, but Neyland only seats 101k. The 3 highest capacity stadiums are actually all in the big 10. It is true that the largest crowd ever (156k) to see a college football game was in Tennessee, but that was a one-time event at the NASCAR track in Bristol.

K-12 percentage? That's a useless number.

Younger kids are learning English to start. Those will mostly be 0%. Older kids, depending on the State, DoE might even have foreign language requirements. In those states, it will be 100% for that age bracket. Without segmenting with those circumstances in mind, these numbers are useless.

I mean yeah, there is that aspect of being queer that is going against societal and social norms and that falls in line with being neurodivergent and being less likely to adapt to said norms, and more likely to think outside the box, be themselves without worrying about judgement.

Pretty sure there’s a statistic that’s something like 70% of people with autism identify as “non-heterosexual”.
