Yeah that’s true if you didn’t traded with leverage and didn’t invest in sh*t coins 🥲

Eh, with bitcoin at least its back to being up 50% from where it was just a month or two ago... I've been riding that one a good long while. Have been buying $10 a day for like 3 years and bought a solid chunk like 2 years before that, so have been on the roller coaster for like 5 or so... Definitely a good few times that my stomach has dropped, but it's always worked itself out

Reply to [OC] Prediction markets forecast the supreme court will end affirmative action by liortulip
There are more potential outcomes than these...a lot of times a ruling will chip away at one aspect or just be somewhere in the middle (like when they approved affirmative action, they included a 25 year sunset after which they posited it wouldn't be needed anymore.... it wasn't a flat blanket approval), so the use of an either/or model is overly simple.

We have lots of paramilitary contractors tho. Literally private companies that contract with the DoD to operate in theaters of war

Good points. I'd also like to see that breakdown and see where the heavier gasses or emissions ended up. And, someone else suggested on another sub that they might still be present. Would love to get some data on whether or not that is true.

How does that apply here? How is this a court of law, anyways? This is a subreddit. It’s not even a Wendy’s. You being wrong here doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. The lengths you’re going to avoid being wrong tells me you’ve been down this path plenty before.

Could the rise in open source computing power also be a factor?

It would make absolutely no sense for him to lie about such a thing.
““All my Republican donations were dark,” he said, referring to political donations that are not publicly disclosed in FEC filings. “The reason was not for regulatory reasons, it’s because reporters freak the f—k out if you donate to Republicans. They’re all super liberal, and I didn’t want to have that fight.””
Spoken like a true MAGA.
Additionally…
“Stuart McPhail, senior litigation counsel at Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, a watchdog group that filed an FEC complaint against Bankman-Fried last week, says his claims and the campaign finance charges could spur changes to election laws.
“There are a number of loopholes and limits that Sam Bankman-Fried was able to exploit that Congress can fix,” he tells TIME. “He directed money to influence elections but hid where that money came from.””

It just sort of seems like you don’t want it to be true so you won’t believe it’s true. If you have evidence that he lied, state that evidence.

I hope you are right, they aren't done trying and testing these principles. They sell their lies as it's the new normal, and amazingly people are buying.

Looks like OP answered a different comment thread. The emission and generation are from different time periods (as per the bottom right corner) so while it is a cool visualization, it's hard to draw definitive conclusions about whether trash is being exported.

Regardless of my grammar he wasn’t under oath when he made those comments and no evidence was provided to support the claim. Additionally, he did not respond to comment as noted in the linked article.

Resnet was far more efficient than vgg, but its also from 2016.
In the "efficiency first' route there's been resNet, then MobileNet, then many versions of EfficientNet.

I think the price of bitcoin was climbing a lot then. So might be related to GPU prices?
