That's how I feel about Starbuck's, but all my bitching hasn't made a dent.

Some months ago it was the "sel" that was out. Took them some time to replace it. They should change the company they’re buying from 🤣

The other super frustrating thing is that one will work for like 2 days, then it's right back to broken. Somebody must have one hell of a repair contract that they just milk for decades. Either that or South Station happens to have the absolute most complicated two escalators in existence since they can't seem to keep them running.

Well, the MBTA has some experience with escalator failures. https://youtu.be/3lt3gELY3pU So that's probably why

Yep, they don't even let them turn into stairs, just put up barriers that partially block the actual stairs.

Not necessarily a Hardo, but ran everyday for two years.
Only asked because it was run with kiddos and assumed people was following the “storm” and would have recommendations. Assumed wrong with dV.

When he taught at Framingham state a few people took his class because they thought it’d be easy and a blow off one. I guess he was actually a really tough professor.

Wait it's still the "sel" that is out, I'm confused. Are you saying they fixed it and it died again, or it never really got fixed?
