If you have a drill, the brush is only $30 at Home Depot. Took me all of 15 minutes to clean mine out (about 25ft of solid vent pipe), including disconnecting one section at a 90deg bend

You don't have to take the Charlie Card out of your wallet every time. So the new procedure is just take your wallet and swipe it over the card reader, the antennae will work through your wallet. If you have a bunch of other cards with RFID chips, then they may interfere the chip in the Charlie Card, so remove the unnecessary cards from your wallet.

You're welcome! We got our degrees from Boston University in 2.5 years. At the time the benefit covered 100% tuition for the first class each semester, 90% for the second. You also pay federal taxes on the value over a certain limit.
Edit: Just noticed your last question. Craigslist, Zillow, maybe Trulia, Apartments.com, or Facebook.

I've seen a lot of people put it between the back of their phone and their phone case.

so this is a strip club that is adding marijuana:
The owners of Club Castaway, a strip club, have plans to transform their business into a topless cannabis dispensary, making for a potential standout in the state’s multi-billion-dollar legal industry, the Boston Business Journal

No, you have to enter your street name and number on this site to see when your trash days are. Also don't put your trash out if it's a snow storm, they don't collect trash if there is a snow emergency and shoveling your frozen garbage out sucks and you probably don't own a shovel.

IIRC some Back Bay parking spots have crept into the $300K range, so put that in your pipe and see how it smokes.

This seems incredibly stupid. I enjoy both marijuana and topless women & I can’t see why anyone would want to go here vs a regular dispensary. Seems like it would just be a strange & embarrassing process for both parties.
I would understand if it was more like a strip club you could smoke weed in. But this is just bizarre.

I like the idea of having a “bar” for cannabis, but is topless really necessary? I feel like you’re asking for trouble with that (and likely only bringing in sketchy customers)

Do you have a leaf blower? If so check out YouTube videos on clearing a dryer vent with them.

The average and median being above that doesn't tell us about the availability of apartments below those figures

Just go to your local insurance agency. They will register the car for you and fill out all the paperwork and give you a license plate all at once. I think they charged around 20 bucks or so in addition to the insurance that I had to pay. Your insurance could be a little higher but you can always switch after a year once your paperwork is all set.
I did this about 2 years ago, tho we paid (small amount) for the car from our parents.

Red Line to Quincy Adams and then a bus can also get you to Blue Hills.

Take your bike on the commuter train to Fitchburg station. Leominster state forest, Crow hill and Wachusett mountain are all short rides away.

5 or so years ago now, my parents drove here to give me their ~8 year old Honda (it's still going strong). My dad was the only name on the title, and the RMV let me register it in Mass in my name without any taxes. It still ended up being a snafu because Dad wrote the mileage down wrong on the title so we had to get a notary to sign off on it. A very helpful lady at the RMV ultimately got us all set on the family transfer, probably helped along by the fact my dad and I have the same last name and sort of the same face.
TLDR just find that one super helpful lady from several years ago at the RMV and you'll be all set.
