Riding anything at speed (i.e., > 3mph or so - walking speed) on a sidewalk is not only an asshole move, it's dangerous to everyone involved, including most especially the rider. You are just begging to have someone walk into you, get clothes lined by a leash, have a dog or kid jump into you, get hit by a car pulling out and not expecting high speed on a side walk, etc, etc etc.
Better than biking in a door zone, I guess. Maybe. But a super bad idea.
So, of course, common as dirt. Even more of a reason that it's dangerous.

Local carnivore here… sous vide is your friend. You can buy chuck roasts at Market Basket for $5/lbs. Sous vide at 131 degrees for 18-24 hours and sear in cast iron with clarified butter. Poor man’s ribeye, nice and tender.

Basically everyone except teachers and cops. Also if you have ten years at the city as far as I remember

Pre-law has been around at least since the 80s, if not before.

Wu supporters don’t tend to be terribly consistent, but they’re pretty damned loud.

Yep, I’d bring layers. February’s temps ranged from -30 to 60s, and March could very well be the same. If we had snow that melted, or it rains, you’d want the waterproof shoes.

Getting mortgages less than rent doesn't apply I mean. At least with a typical down down payment

Since it is a basement apartment I bet the utilities are not split and the landlord had to eat the utility bills for a lease period because someone knew the law.

Judging by the amount of traffic not on 93 this morning, a lot of grown-ass adults got a snow day.
