The good thing about Massachusetts is that you’re only an hour or two from many different experiences. I, too, am a rural PA transplant. Want to hike, head north to the White Mountains. Want the beach, head east. Go a little further north and grab some fresh lobster right off a boat for dinner. Want some trees, head west or northwest to northern Mass or Vermont. Want to kayak, Central Mass has lots of quiet lakes and rivers. You can literally go snow skiing in the morning and surfing in the evening if you want. Just wear a wetsuit because the ocean water is friggin cold no matter the time of year.

Both my wife and i have had good experience with Atrius health. I found my pcp there in November last year with my first annual physical checkup scheduled for March. But what i personally didn’t know was that while the physical appointment wasn’t available for months, if i needed a sick appointment that was available for the next business day once i had registered with them.

I know this, but what is particular about our property is that the grade is barely above the street. We've spent three years getting the drainage right and preventing the front yard from turning into a swimming pool. Trenching through that and putting everything back together presents a risk of now having to go through this all again.

But none of that matters. If they don't have an easement and I don't want them doing any work that is where it should stop. They shouldn't just presuem the right to dig someone's property without permission. Leaving a note on our door while we're gone is not permission.

I finally found a nurse practitioner to use as my PCP at Wellesley Family Care Associates which is actually in Needham. It's not really conveniently located for me, but I was able to get an appointment within a few months for a LONG overdue physical. The nurse practitioner was very good and thorough. You could give them a shot if it's not too far for you.

Your question may have more success at r/redsox.

The Fenway public tour is good, especially on a non-game/event day. You get to see more on those days. On a game/event day, parts can be closed off.

I never tried a birthday tour and the site says nothing, so I cannot help with that.

If you like tours, you may want to try the New England Sports Museum at TD Garden. There's lots of sports memorabilia spread out around the Garden. It's a good tour if you know local sports well.
