I would start looking now and be fully prepared to live with several roommates.

I would look in all Boston neighborhoods.

And you’ll need a plan to find these roommates. Or start looking for rooms to rent (lots of folks rent out a room as a summer sublet)

Wow! Well done OP!

This painting is special to me. I bought my first home in Jeffries Point last year and took sailing lessons from this exact spot at Piers Park Sailing Center last July. Every time I set sail I’m awed with the view. I will certainly be buying a print!

I'm just a stupid guy on the internet but I think I see both where you and the people you're replying to are coming from, even though his comments are deleted

You don't want your property and plant beds changed without your permission and some assurance they'll be mindful. Meanwhile you'd be shooting yourself in the foot to not get this fiber terminated at your house fo free while it's being offered

Idk man sleep on it, see if you can't get the owner/supervisor of the contractor to agree to not break ground until you're there

I don’t think acknowledging the reality that we live in is implying that we should not participate. But it is disingenuous to say that we are letting fear limit us as though it is an unreasonable fear. Describing the very real, if small, fear of sexual assault or worse as “comfort” is tone-deaf.

Sounds like a plan considering how little work police really do, especially in smaller towns. They get so bored they pull you over just for fun. They get paid good money as well, look it up. You can find out how much each town pays their police workers. It's more than you think it is. :-D Especially if they have a 'degree', their initial pay rate goes way up. It's the new thing to do, get a 'degree' in like criminal justice or w/e then apply to become an officer. I'm sure this has changed recently, but I know there used to be an upper bound on how good you could do on the exam, due to the belief being too 'intelligent' (a metric as a result of your exam score), results in lower retention times. Intelligence became a liability of sorts.

So, you’re not showing me anytbing I don’t know here as a native of snow and ice. Are you expecting to somehow educate with me via YouTube? I don’t have a lot of regard for those who cite YouTube videos during debate. Might as well cite Wikipedia while you’re at it.

Sincerely can’t believe you used YouTube as evidence or a citation.
