If your concern is debt the go to umb, if not Suffolk would be a cool experience based on location/dorm life. Most people never get to live in an area like that there whole lives

Ok. You are factually incorrect! Educate your self. Landlords CAN NOT TAKE A DEPOSIT WITHOUT THE COURTS APPROVAL. They wouldn’t be able to remove the money from the account. Period! If they dont have it in a security deposit account the landlord is screwed. You landlord your way. Get ready when you have an educated tenant.

Depends on the landlord. I did that at my last place. Upstairs room mate had someone living with him, when we would talk to the landlord they would kick that person out and a new one would move in with that room mate. And dogs which were against the lease. Me and the downstairs kid told the landlord we weren't cool with the free ride for a stranger so we'd be splitting the total rent in quarters instead of thirds.

10/10 non-Storrowing.

Unconventional. Unusual location, no height marker or staties, but cops and construction dudes on the scene talking about something probably unrelated to the truck accident. No axial twist or elevation, can opener is partial, but quite extensive, involving twisted metal in all three dimensions. Is this the BACK of the truck that got crunched? Speaking of crunched, uncommon and highly entertaining load (peanut butter... hopefully not Teddie).

Overall highly unconventional, but in every aspect leading to deeper mysteries than the run-of-the-mill moving truck GPS snafu we see so commonly here.

Anytime the word government is followed by the word expertise...I stop listening. By and large these people aren't even qualified to pick a recess dodgeball team, let alone make decisions focused on the future of our nation. And they know that so they pay substantial money for someone to tell them it costs money to do things, but it doesn't matter they will just blame the last person and do nothing.

What are you asking? Is it safe? Sort of. Is it old? Yes. Is it dangerous? I’ve encountered great people there and A holes!! Also have a problem with hoods on illegal motorcycles. Cops do NOTHING! So you decide…. It’s probably as safe as most cities around Boston. Probably waaaay more unsafe than most towns in Massachusetts.

This is a generalization, but having worked with many of the top firms (MBB and more) - over the last 15+ years as a client, it’s mostly bullshit.

Insane amount of billable hours that solve literally nothing. They’re great at creating work that nobody asked for and convincing upper management it was necessary.

Choose whichever is more affordable for the programs you’re looking for. Any prestige difference will be negligible so look for whatever will set you up best financially for the future.

For everyone reading this, if that bridge is deprecated and cars reroute from Morrissey, our worst traffic in the world will multiply from the south shore.

I guess having it as a drawbridge is unique to support the club, but I wonder what the savings are for non-drawbridge and financial compensation and relocation and build costs for the club?

It's an agreed through way so you can't really walk that back.

Another option would be to start by visiting an ADHD specific clinic. Your PCP can give you a referral. I had a great experience with Dr. Jennifer Harris at Brigham. After an initial evaluation, we talked through all the options: EF Coaching, groups, medication. I work in the field (and have coached the hell out of my EF system for many years 😵‍💫), so I was there specifically to discuss medication. We met every few weeks when I was originally starting on meds. It’s not for everyone, but was a game changer for me. Good luck!

Was wondering this same thing. Place was swamped with people every single time I was there. I eat there 3 times a week.

Also its in a convenient spot for me to park and run in a grab my food and get out. The Northern Ave one is a pain to get to. Might go to Harrison Ave one, but parking is tough there.
