Southie is somehow thought of as both desirable and as an abject shithole at the same time. It either gets mentioned as a hip and trendy neighborhood or as a destitute working-class hellhole. Whereas in reality it's neither, it's just a very vanilla milquetoast little area with nothing special going for it. People rate it as -10 or +10, but it's really just a 0 on that scale.

I said this elsewhere, but if you sell your ESPP right away it is basically a 17% ROI with no risk. Obviously, you pay more tax that way, but it is still easy money and you avoid overleveraging yourself.

I think the appeal for Bovas is simply the fact that if you want a cannoli at 330AM after drunken shenanigans, you can get one there... unlike Mikes or Modern..

you're not a black person and you will never know the struggles of being a black person. also most middle eastern are white passing so i don't know where you were trying go with this. this is incredibly ignorant.

I love TH. Julius, Green, & Haze are some of my favorite beers but to me Hill Farmstead blows them out of the water. Their versatility and the ability to make every they make fantastic is crazy. I didn’t believe the HF hype until I made the trek and it was amazing.
