I’m in my 30s and I don’t want to live in western MA. It’s nice, but I like density and walkability, and I like the ocean. I don’t think I’m the only person over 30 who feels the same way.
By all means, transit to western MA would be great. But not everyone wants to be a 2 hour train ride from the coast.
Also, since when do people over 30 not care about bars and restaurants? We might not care at all about being out until 2am, but we still like to get dinner or hang out with friends.

A boat tour of the Boston harbor. I have done it multiple times (albeit with out of state friends) but learned something new each time.

Indoor/outdoor cocktail lounge is coming this year plus restaurant and observation deck. Looks like it’s going to be a cool spot

I always go to a city's art museum(s) when traveling and shamefully admit I have never been to ICA (? is that the name of museum in seaport?). I also lived in Seattle for 2 years and never went in the space needle.

A coworker just bought a place in Princeton for $500k. Now it's a shitty commute but there are houses in that realm. Pretty nice place too that just needs a little work.

I went to mikes and bovas. The people at bovas seem a lot nicer and it was an easier selection. In mikes they all seemed like assholes tryna rush me to buy something when I just walked in.

It is a long article, especially for a quick question. But the article has you read the interesting history about the bridge and I think it’s a good way to draw people in.
