man has the audacity to send billions of our dollars to ukraine while there's so many homeless and impoverished people in our city. In the immortal words of Kamala Harris to desperate Latin americans seeking a better life, "Dont Come"

I grew up in Virginia. I made a comment to a classmate in a graduate level class that drivers in Maryland are aggressive and I often don’t see them use turn signals. She responded “I didn’t realize you had to use them.” It explains a lot. lollll

Big yikes to the baltimore subreddit that this is getting downvoted. And I await my downvotes.

I use Gomez. They’re great, fast, and very affordable.

LOL. That's nice. You seem unhinged. You have fun on your lovely public transportation. I'll be in a comfy car laughing at you.

You know what I hear about all the time? People getting killed in car wrecks because of negligent drivers. The less cars on the road, the better.

Love: Being able to walk places and not need to drive. The eccentric vibe. The rowhomes.
Hate: County people descended from white-flight boomers who parrot anti-Baltimore drivel every chance they get.

And I responded to a comment talking about education, budgets, and meal planning.
Why are you responding to me and not the person I responded to?

>President Joe Biden is coming back to Baltimore next week.
>The White House announced on Friday afternoon that the president would be in town to speak to the House of Representatives Democratic Caucus Issues Conference on Wednesday.
>There was no immediate word on where or when exactly the Democrats would be meeting.
>The Democratic president was just in Baltimore in late January to tout federal funding to replace the Baltimore and Potomac Tunnel, a notorious bottleneck for rail traffic that’s one of the oldest tunnels operated by Amtrak, with the new Frederick Douglass Tunnel.

That was kind of my assumption from your comment. I also grew up rural poor, and felt that community bond. But also being a poor adult in the city I can tell you it is significantly different.

There are great, large, historic homes in Charles Village for around 300k. Would be at the top of your commute range but I adore the neighborhood and surrounding neighborhoods (Remington, Old Goucher, Abell)

We do hear about it all the time. I have three personal acquaintances who were assaulted at the bus stop. One of whom was held up at gunpoint. You can pretend otherwise, but I'll pass.

>Circuit Judge Robert Taylor Jr. signed an order to release a redacted version of the 463-page report the Baltimore Banner reported. Taylor said he would hear arguments and decide whether to release the entire report at a later date.
You think he's going to hear arguments on whether to release the names and addresses of victims?

While grocery store access is a very important problem in the city, we are in a thread talking about drivers. Access to a car greatly increases access to grocery stores.

Tradition, and a desire to change the church as a member of the flock.
I don't care if it's a futile effort, I've found comfort and safety in the faith, and I want to ensure that all can also experience that comfort and safety, while also punishing those who abuse that trust.
