Interesting. Yeah or just transferring the old chimney may work. Again I'm speaking from ignorance so I wasn't sure how legit of a complaint it was so I appreciate your input. Also, for the developers, i don't think anyone is going to be looking on top of the roof

15-30 minutes outside of the Inner Harbor and you're in the county at that point. What direction?

So a near 25% reduction in parking spots?
We need to address public transportation gaps first before we start jumping ahead here.

I don’t have a photo, but on a building on Harford Road near The Alameda there’s graffiti that says “Shrimp! Lord God say Shrimp!”
Cracks me up every time I pass by.

There’s a free bus (Charm City Circulator) and multiple very cheap ones (BaltimoreLink buses) going north-south on Charles and St. Paul that will get you to the Inner Harbor area
The immediate area of Mt Vernon is very pedestrian friendly and you _can _ walk to the Inner Harbor, but is you don’t feel like covering that distance the buses are very convenient

Was it a weird Wee Woo siren? I heard it in Waverly, but it's not the first time I heard it. It was unlike anything I've heard from Baltimore's emergency vehicles

We have zoned parking in Wyman Park and it’s great. Hopkins gets the west half of keswick during the day, while residents get everything else.

And they can certainly do so, even if we shut down every 4th street to car traffic

You can get in a cab and be there in 15 minutes and not have to find parking at all.

Ohh! Good idea. I was definitely considering some sort of indoor bike rack

After dark just be conscious of your surroundings. Other than that I’d echo everything in this thread.

Dubrovnik Croatia?!?
Does that city even have a quarter of the population of Baltimore?
What a terrible example

Around 4pm people stop on Howard (at Pratt) to go into Starbucks. If the city wants to make up for all the lost tax base they have killed by giving land away, they could make it up by ticketing/towing people who pull these stunts and block the intersection.

Sometimes yes. When you have a spare moment, while driving, make a quick turn-around, and try going through the same lights the opposite way. That will tell you if the lights are set for in-bound to center city before 12pm and out bound to the county after 12 pm.

Very. And you get a lot of nice buildings to look at. Do keep in mind the city is hilly. While walking to the harbor, is downhill, but coming back you may want to take the light rail.

Wet concrete has always been an attraction for childish uttering. Its the next step up from a white wall in the house, or the outside wall of the kid's neighbor's house.

No, this is simply untrue. I moved here in 2009, never witnessed anywhere near this amount of trash & loitering & fights that are now weekly occurrences

Great question @NeatLeft. I’ll be visiting in April and wanted to know what the night life was like.
Can you recommend any good bars out 15-30 minutes outside the inner harbor that may be fun? I’ve heard too many things about how dangerous it can be, but I guess just stay out of those areas? Don’t go looking for trouble and it won’t find you? Hopefully? Maybe?
