There is a great place right in Hampden called Davenport Imports and Arts

I provided them a pretty large un-stretched piece of art 48"x36" and they made a killer floating frame for it. Also have had them do multiple posters and some memorabilia. Prices are fair and they were pretty speedy with the work.

For sure. I genuinely have never seen a house in the city that needed mitigation and was surprised they had one. Definitely better safe than sorry just interesting there are houses with enough to warrant it based on the cities location and average rates of radon.

Thank you! My posters are ones my dad had from concerts in the 60s-80s. Found them when we cleaned out mom’s house pursuant to her passing late last year. He’s been gone for a decade. Never appreciated my dad’s wonderfully eclectic tastes until now. All to say that I am willing to pay for quality.

My house in hampden failed a radon test prior to sale and I had the previous owners install prior to moving in. Only failed by a little bit but better safe than sorry!

I see what you're saying. I've never come across that much animosity towards scooters but I guess I see some of the points. However, that is only solution to the issue. Also, most of those reasons could be removed if we focus on more bike lanes which would free up space for scooters as well. I think most pro-transit people would support that, yeah?

What's the unpopular opinion?
