A group of us went to The Guilford Brewing Hall for lunch. Despite it filtering as a lunch option, the only did the menu during dinner. Ok, fine. Had a gluten-free friend who was told he could have literally only one thing on the menu despite again filtering for gluten-free specifically. Food was all WAY overpriced and most of it came out cold. I sent home fries back because they were ice cold and they 100% nuked them and brought them back. Potatoes do NOT microwave well! Our friend paid $21 for a teacup worth of Shepard's pie. Everything was underwhelming taste-wise.

Only good things were the pretzel and the beer.

I agree, is it because they prefer to spend their riches in other ways? Sure, blowing a ton of money on legal fees doesn’t compare to the endless shopping trips, designer clothing or vacations, but I bet they could scrape it together if their freedom relies upon it. Oh, maybe they can ask Sheila Dixon for pointers?

Obviously, they’re not too wise with their family resources. I can’t imagine needing a public defender with this high income. It saddens me that a person truly in need may be delayed in services due to this gamesmanship. Such a greedy couple. I used to find them as an attractive couple, now I just see ugly!

Edit- It was pointed out to me that other people won’t have delays in their trails if the Misty’s are tying up the public defenders. I honestly don’t know enough of the workings of their offices to understand how things are prioritized.

There is also a strange fear of below grade infrastructure. I've had tons of people tell me they prefer to ride the bus from Mondawmin to downtown because metro is underground. I'm from California, where the earth literally shakes regularly, and I haven't seen tunnel fear like this before.

I wish the alleyway behind my house was wider, since I have to drive up onto the curb just to be able to park in my own driveway.

Is there someone I can contact about that?

I hear you and appreciate the reply. At the same time, purchasing vacation real estate as an investment property seems like someone who isnt totally clueless.

Also, that's 4X what our household brought in last year. We have a kid, we have middle age health problems, we have aging parents that eat up resources... so my sympathy / empathy only goes so far.

Soo just curious, if you make 83 into a Blvd are you just telling drivers to drive longer and further to the 95's and jam 695 even further? Because 83 is very heavily travelled by commuters and if you want to eliminate commuting to the city then you have even more company's leaving the city. Less commerce and business, the higher crime will get. I'm just confused how this helps the city financially
