I doubt a reddit post matters now, seeing as it's all over Baltimore

Some places are better than others. Check YouTube for neighborhood tours. Seriously.

We use A.J.Michaels for everything now. I couldn't get Saffer or Michael and Sons to call me back when we had a leak in my bathroom pipes or when my boiler was red tagged by BGE Home.
Don't call BGE Home, btw. They're awful.

What makes you think this?
So your opinion is that they would be more successful without the cultural/behavioral/genetic factors that cause the dysfunction?

No. I now work in an industrial manufacturing company, in the county, with mostly white working class men. Most of them live dysfunctional lives and have the same bad habits as the media often place on poor blacks. Mostly its having children they can't afford and having bad relationships with the family. Yet, they have had an easier time of getting bill paying jobs, and have gained a foot hold home owning and many middle class life styles. Yet they are angry, bitter and very short tempered people. The older ones have much to show for their hard work, but the young ones step into bad habits, the same as their parents.

Dang thanks y'all. This is cutting it close, Apparently I only have 180 days after title transfer to submit the homestead tax credit application and I never received the application in the mail even though my deed got published end of November.

Technical writing is good and there are remote jobs you could do from anywhere. You could even do contract work to get experience.

I admit, I may have missed the details of the implementation of these programs. Can you give me a page or direct me to which section they can be found?
Thanks

Are you sensitive to coffee? If so try getting off it first. I got off it last year. Went from chest pain anxiety attacks to it basically disappearing.

As I said, I will continue to read and reread, to better understand. But when they provide all the classes a student in each grade will take, and there is nothing which indicates technical programs or intro to careers, nor space for them , I have to believe they are not going to be included.

A shame they feel the need to vandalize other people's property to get validation.

I have had good experiences with Forster Plumbing Co, Harford Rd. They installed all the plumbing in my row house restoration and at a later date, replaced the cast iron soil pipe, which ran across a wall of my back building, then to the street. I had it buried under the basement floor. I also hired them to do some work at my church, which was done swiftly. All the work was done at a reasonable cost.

Reply to comment by mjccjm77 in Any suggestions to get BGE to turn the gas on for a former vacant property? by mjccjm77
The home needs to be inspected by an independent/licensed inspector or tradesman. When I flipped a home, BGE wanted a licensed electrician to sign off on the work and provide their license number and any permits pulled. Then, BGE will come out and check the work. The work needs to be inspected by BGE before they will let the juice flow.

Hell, half the time I see it it's on boarded up houses that even if there is an owner, they obviously haven't taken care of the property in years
