Yeah, seconding the other opinions here. Valentines Day at a restaurant is usually a shit show, rather than romantic or cozy.

Who knows, but that fund Ed had been using had been dipped into by other police chiefs for miscellaneous purchases pre-Ed for a while. If your referring to benzos for anxiety, it is now common that psychiatrists practice not prescribing them due to their highly addictive nature. There are documented cases of people trying to get off taking them after years of taking them and have major problems and residual effects after withdrawing. They may only prescribe benzos in severe cases.
