I have a friend who goes there who used to be a competitive powerlifter. He says it is his favorite gym in the area and he also has a membership to Brick Bodies. He goes there from Roland Park but usually goes at 11pm so his gauge on traffic probably is not great. Don't let the other guy misinform you it is not owned by that skinhead guy. It is owned by a guy named Bob.

Those companies aren’t service company’s. Their sales companies. Literally at a call today where two different techs from horizon said heat exchanger was shot. It was a little bit of rust in pressure switch tube. I asked the home owner what did they test. She said nothing. It’s like yeah I know there is no hole in the flue pipe so how did they do a combustion analysis test. Criminals.

Federal Hill, Locust Point, Riverside and adjacent neighborhoods are great for young professionals, with or without kids. Very walkable with plenty of bars and restaurants. Added bonus of being right off of 95 avoids having to traverse through the city (Fells Point) or the tunnel (Canton, etc) to commute to Columbia.

I suggest getting an AirBnb and a realtor and touring around and looking at stuff. I know from my realtor friends though that the market especially in your price range is really tight, so you need to come in pre-approved, go on Wednesday brokers’ opens and be prepared to maybe not get exactly what you want. Another option might be to rent until things cool down and you’re sure where you want to be.

I’ve heard so many good things about them! Sadly, they are completely shut down on the weekends. I’ll try on Monday.

SAD NEWS It appears that Perry Hall doesn't do Gas Boilers. Someone came out today to check it out. One look at our heating system, and the guy said, "Sorry, but nope."

Lol, ISPs are the most hated companies in the country. Its infrastructure capture to give a private corporation exclusivity in your conduits, cough cough Comcast. No, hell no. If the city wants to lay fiber, it should be our fiber, publicly owned, and the only private entity should be the backbone connection. The city does our water and our trash, it can do our Internet. Like, sometimes city services suck, but do you know what suck way more? Private water and trash cos literally everywhere.

The city could always get a... leasing program, rather than ya know, giving away infrastructure to private corporations again, when that always goes so well every time it happens.

The government being shit isn't made better by giving away the city to private companies to also run like shit. You really can't get out of fixing a shit government if you want anything to get better.

“Backlash of the media”? Huh? Yes, some providers are hesitant to prescribe stimulants as they can be abused. If you’re walking in to the consultation and demanding prescriptions, might be more of a you problem. Otherwise I second Balance Point.
