Please stop telling OP to mind their business or suggesting alternatives that don't involve law enforcement. Selling heroin/meth is not a victimless crime.

Edit: No alternatives should be ignored but every solution should involve all available resources the city can offer including law enforcement.

yeah this was the place i checked for permits - and im basing the 3br 1 bath on the tax record with the city, thats also what it shows on MLS because it pulls from the same place. at this point based on previous comments my biggest concern is getting that rectified and not necessarily worrying about the permits at this point.

Yeah, the turn off more quickly because the thermostat is basing it's cycles based on the oil temperature...but the oil temperature isn't what keeps humans warm. The warmer air is what warms people. The oil heaters warm the surrounding air more slowly...making comparisons by measuring consumption over a set period of time flawed. If you measure the actual input into the air by measuring consumption from a temperature to another temperature (68 to 70, for example)...the consumption will be basically the same. They're both ~100% efficient. That's what the physics dictate.

It locks dangerous drug dealers away from the rest of us and gives addicts a chance to get help through the existing drug treatment programs in the city. Why the hell should any of us tolerate criminals? They fuck up the neighborhoods, tank property values and make life harder for normal working families.
