see i want to buy a space heater but i already know my apartment has faulty wiring which i told them about. i will be moving out of here bc the upkeep of this complex is awful

this is ridiculous. i have the temperature around 72 right now which may seem high but at my last apartment, my bill still was extremely low. i have a dog that isn’t double-coated so she does shiver lol. that’s really the lowest and highest i can go without making her uncomfortable.

i hate that this is going on and we have been extra careful about leaving lights off, appliance unplugged, etc. we are also usually not home except for evening/early morning. maybe one person is there most of the day but not usually

agreed that ekiben is mid. i was so excited to get it after all the rave reviews but it was greasy and flavorless and the bun was so dry it was almost inedible

I went to foraged many times last year. Some of the times, it was the best food I’ve ever eaten in Baltimore. Other times, recently, not so good. Why don’t they ever change the menu? Isn’t the point “hyper seasonality?”

Yup, it’s everywhere. Natural gas is more than double what it was two years ago. Electricity more expensive too. I have a detached house and the bill last month was $320, the highest I’ve ever seen. Other people in my neighborhood are paying 450-500. I’ve started keeping the house at 60 and using a space heater for whatever room I’m in.

I had a similar experience the one time I went there. I’m willing to give it another chance by my gf was totally turned off by the place.

Why would you come in and express you opinion while demanding others don’t express theirs? They are different restaurants, different cuisines, and different dining experiences all together. And seemingly the white cloth dining experience isn’t the one favored this time.

My bill was about 40% higher this month. 1br apartment. I did have the heat on most of the month to keep a set temperature.

Why does she surround herself with incompetent people? I can’t figure out how she made it through law school, much less got to where she did, being so inept at everything she touches.

Not dozens of seats, but it does have seating. I have sat there and eaten.

We had a small rock mixed in with the mushrooms in one of our dishes. It was in my mouth and I was so lucky to feel it and not break my tooth. Guess their foraging needs to be a little more selective. They were very apologetic, but I don't think they realized it was actually in my mouth because the waiter immediately picked it up off the plate after we told him.

From what I’ve been told, there is intent to get going right away on the red line. There are some issues to deal with as far as original ROWs are concerned (we’ve built on them) so there will need to be slight route changes. I’m also concerned that the greenway trail and the red line are both counting on using the same defunct but still owned by Norfolk Southern ROW along Haven st in the SE. I’m still trying to get clarification on this though.

I just got routed down Abell today, never went that way before, but dang those are some colorful houses and pride flags. Really pretty just to look at honestly.

Ekiben is indeed good, but they only have like 6 things. I get wanting some focus in a menu, but it would be nice if they would switch it up once in a while.
