Lots in Fed Hill, but for pure Lebanese I’d say Byblos. Baba’s also, but that’s not so much a restaurant anymore. Zatar is great but not true Lebanese. So, pack up your beverages of choice and head to Byblos.

What does the private lateral restoration enforcement mean? Does this mean the city will find people if there are cracks in the private lateral line? I had the cured in place pipe fix done, there were cracks in the lateral on my side and the city side from tree roots. Will I be fined even though I already had the pipe fixed? I’m upset the city going to fine people even more for damage that came from the city.

This consent decree is about renovating the sewage pipes and stopping the sewage, pollution the city is dumping into the bay. I believe you are right about Baltimore County contributing more, but this is for fixing the current problems, not combining systems.

My neighborhood gets flooded with sewage in the streets and in the basements of many houses because the mistakes the city made with the sewage system. It happens every time it rains now. They need to fix that problem first before changing the whole system or making a new agency for the city and county together.

All the jurisdictions which piggyback on to the Baltimore water & sewer need to be involved. Its been nearly 80 years of mooching off the Baltimore city system. Rate paying is only part of the need for their involvement. Inevitable restoration and renovation of the pipes to the customer's properties is a big reality, and expanding the system or better yet capping those who are on the outer fringes to build their own systems is needed.

Decades ago MoCo & PG joined forces with the DC system to create a regional system (WSSC).

Yes, there will be a need for big inve$tment, into the Balt system, but the free ride of freeloading is over and all those moneyed property holders in the counties need to pay their share of the burden. Only then is right that they get a seat at the decision table.

It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web. Fully cached AMP pages (like the one you shared), are especially problematic.

Maybe check out the canonical page instead: https://www.strongtowns.org/journal/2017/9/6/can-a-bike-friendly-city-be-disability-friendly-too

Lol out here trying to do straw man arguments when permit parking was to actually raise money for public transportation so this stuff improves. What a 🤡

Edit: dude blocks me because I call him out. Never claimed that if we charge people for parking then all of a sudden they can just take the bus. It's to raise money for public transportation and not just give away free parking
