Because “2nd tier city” isn’t something you’ve even defined. It’s just something that sounds like knowledge.

Light rail as practiced in the United States is usually done poorly. Not sure why you think I would disagree.

But there is a difference between trying to fit light rail into a post-war, auto-oriented context without accompanying land use changes

I stated facts not opinion. Light rail doesn’t work in a second tier city. I asked if there were any examples, you knew, of an American second tier city in which light rail was built and has high ridership. What facts do you present to someone who does not believe in facts?

Lol, I’ve worked in the best restaurants through md and dc and dined in a lot of the best restaurants in the world. I actually have extremely high standards, but unfortunately most people don’t know what good food is or let their personal biases influence their opinions.

I knew people would be dismissive, I’ll never understand the hate for those guys.

Regardless of personal stances the chicken parm is great as far as chicken Parms go and the chicken Marsala is even better

Amicci's for a nice sit down, but I prefer Di'Pasquale's by far. Great food, great menu, and the best Italian deli/grocery this side of Jersey.

They close early. If an evening is what you need, keep this place in mind for a lunch or takeout run.

The stuffed peppers and artichokes are to die for.
