We adopted a cat late last year and she is terrified of boxes. All of our previous cats were like OP's but the new one hisses at them and avoids like the plague.
But the new one also fetches toys and brings them to us, which is a funner thing, imo.

That's not a healthy way of thinking... and as far away from being a piece of constructive criticisim as I can imagine.
Maybe you think it works for you, but have you questioned those you're imposing this view upon if it works for them? I seriously doubt it.

Grandma and grandpa are a little heavy handed with the treats. Also, it’s tough to make a 14 year old dog exercise. Check my other posts- she’s really not that heavy. It’s just the picture.

I think foster just means that they're rescues. I mostly hear it used for humans. A foster child is a child who has to be under the care of someone other than their parents, usually because their biological parents were abusive or otherwise irresponsible. So I'm guessing it means a similar thing with dogs.
They did mention that they're two of them, but often when there are two-headed animals it's a result of twins combining together in the womb. So they are technically individuals that are just fused together.
