Reply to SunRun SCAM by sexylexy

I'm under contract with a different solar company to finance panels. Sunrun reps stopped by and I figured I'd hear what they had to say. They kept pushing a lease, and everything the guy said about the lease just convinced me that it was a terrible idea. The more he talked down financing panels, the more he sold me on it. The sales rep himself was a great guy, but I refuse to use Sunrun.

I’m currently looking into solar and just spoke with someone from another company this past weekend. I’m still not entirely sure about doing it, but I do know that we’re DEFINITELY not going with SunRun.

I love karaoke at cafe neo! Even if you’re not drinking/singing, it’s fun to watch others :-) also you could scope out the free play barcade or play board games at redemption rock. I know these are all places that serve alcohol, but I usually go to redemption rock and get hot tea lol. Off the rails has live music. Nu kitchen and root and press sometimes have game nights. We’re also getting into winter time where you could sled at Greenhill park or go ice skating behind city hall. Good luck!!

Long term solar array leases are a thing and indeed are a hassle when the home is sold.

This issue should have been clearly spelled out during the sale of your house. Where during your purchase did you get the impression that you could cancel the lease?

Did you actually sign a contract with them? Or is the contract deeded to your property? I don't know about SunRun, but my old landlord had his roof leased to one of these companies and they were terrible too. I feel like most of these things are scammy.

That’s not really true though. Umass has to have an accepting doc who has somewhere Tom put you. It looks like the sending facility is just dragging their feet, but it can take hours to get a spot to send you. I am an ER nurse and it regularly takes me 8-12 hours for a transfer spot to open up. They can’t accept transfers over people already waiting there, either.

Every time I’ve been to an urgent care lately they’ve sent me to the ER and basically yelled at me for coming in.

I went in because my asthma was worse than usual and I needed stronger meds for it, but it wasn’t actually a full-blown attack. I tried to make an appointment with my PCP’s office and they said they had no available appointments for six weeks and to go to urgent care. Urgent care said “they can’t treat asthma” and to go to the ER. I ended up arguing with them and they finally gave me the meds.

Our health care system is crazy overburdened and broken and it’s all exacerbating that. People end up in the ER for little things for so many reasons but most of them are not there because they’re overreacting. Not saying that’s what you’re saying, just some context.

That is it's major design flaw I will give you that. It's theoretically faster for me to go through Kelly square to get home and I still generally just choose to avoid it cause it's such a pain at rush hour.

It's also safer for pedestrians than the old design which I think is a plus.

I’ve been sitting at nu cafe with headphones facing a wall. Not the quietest, but it’s nice and bright which helps me not feel like I’m missing out on daylight.

Being better than old Kelly square isn’t a very high bar. I don’t love it, but it’s less anxiety inducing I guess. I actually thought it was great until they painted the lines and made the exit towards 290 only one lane. There was plenty of room for 2 lanes. 1 for 290 and 1 for going straight past 290. Now that exit of the “rotary just backs up all the way to green street’s entrance and nobody else can get on.
