Kelly's product is weak now as they expand.. quantity over quality. It's borderline Arby's at this point.

Seems like a hit. I can imagine a bunch of people online getting excited for it, and them having a great opening week...
and then crickets when the gimmick wears off.
Not gonna lie, I read the headline and I started to feel hungry. Now that I've had a moment to center myself, when it's *rightthere* it's not so special.

Once they're 3, I highly, highly recommend Clark University's swim team lessons:

We also go to Child Health and really like them! They have a nurse line you can call with questions, and we’ve had no trouble calling at 8am to get seen the same day for sick visits. Worth mentioning that while we live close to the Shrewsbury office and go there for well visits, we’ve had to go to the Auburn office for some sick visits because they’re bigger/better staffed.

This. I'll be pissed. NERB is an institution.

Soooooo overrated. The one at Jordan’s furniture in Natick (now closed) was some of the worst fast food I’ve ever had.

I think most, if not all, already have new tenants/businesses coming in, so it may just be restaurant turnover.

Many of the games are/were paper sellouts but actual in person attendance is often much lower. As in like 2500 people. They sold a bunch of season Tix that don't get used.

Call and get on daycare wait lists now. The YWCA had a 4 + month wait list not too long ago. Sometimes availability will drive decisions, but if you don’t get on the waitlist you won’t have options.

The garage across from the stadium was open this year. Dunno if it was enough to alleviate the parking issue, but it's worth noting.
But more to your point - it doesn't matter if these restaurants weren't winning fuckin James Beard awards or whatever, three (going on four) businesses in one neighborhood all closing down within a two month period is a pattern that can't reasonably be ignored.

Seats about 9508 people, then include employees and workers etc....that's a low estimate. City said in article it was closer to 5000

Wait 4,000 cars per game is that accurate? I never have a problem finding street parking. Bad restaurants close.

Doesn't matter the restaurant- the big complaint was the games routinely killed business because there was no parking for customers and no one wants to pay 20 bucks to go have a drink.
The games bring 4000+ cars to the area. Where they all supposed to park? The lot owners and city capitalized on it, raised fees but then left no parking for anyone wanting to go to area to eat or drink.
They aren't gonna solve the problem by putting in more businesses when there is no available parking.
